Billabo is a streaming content aggregation and discovery platform that helps users find where movies and TV shows are available to watch legally. We provide:

• Search and discovery of streaming content

• Subscription optimization recommendations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Third-Party Content: All movie and TV show information, including titles, descriptions, images, and streaming availability, is sourced from third-party APIs including Watchmode and The Movie Database (TMDb). We do not own or host any copyrighted video content.

API Attributions:

• This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
• Streaming availability data is provided by Watchmode.
• All content metadata and images are property of their respective owners.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you post in forums and comments. By posting, you grant Billabo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Post offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content in forums
• Scrape, data mine, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share, distribute, or facilitate access to pirated content

6. No Streaming or Download Services

Billabo does NOT provide, host, or enable streaming or downloading of copyrighted video content. We only provide information about where content is legally available through licensed streaming services. Users must have their own subscriptions to access content on third-party platforms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service contains links to third-party streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is": Billabo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of streaming availability information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That content information is up to date
• Availability of specific features at all times

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billabo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content (forum posts, comments) that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
